Structu OS — La estructura crea libertad.

Importante: Structu OS es una herramienta de organización y documentación financiera. No es asesoría fiscal, legal, contable ni de inversión, ni reemplaza a un profesional.

1. Qué es (y qué no es) Structu

Structu te ayuda a organizar tu vida financiera, documentar tus gastos y entender tu progreso. No ofrecemos asesoría fiscal, legal, contable ni de inversión, no preparamos impuestos y no te representamos ante ninguna autoridad. La información que generas es auto-reportada y no verificada; antes de tomar decisiones importantes, consulta a un profesional calificado.

2. Sin garantías

El servicio se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo. Los cálculos (Freedom Score, fechas, proyecciones) son estimaciones con fines informativos y pueden contener errores. No garantizamos resultados financieros.

3. Tu responsabilidad

Tus datos viven en tu dispositivo: haz respaldos periódicos (Ajustes → Exportar). No podemos recuperar datos que pierdas.
Verifica la exactitud de lo que registras. El reporte (Financial Record™) refleja lo que tú ingresaste.
Usa el servicio conforme a la ley aplicable.

4. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables por daños indirectos, pérdida de datos, ni decisiones financieras tomadas con base en la app.

5. Propiedad intelectual

Structu™, Structu OS™, Freedom Score™, Freedom Date™, Blocks™, Financial Record™ y Passport™ son marcas de su titular. El código, el diseño y la identidad visual de la app son propiedad de su titular; todos los derechos reservados.

Structu helps you organize your financial life, document your expenses, and understand your progress. We do not provide tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice, we do not prepare taxes, and we do not represent you before any authority. The information you generate is self-reported and unverified; before making important decisions, consult a qualified professional.

2. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Calculations (Freedom Score, dates, projections) are estimates for informational purposes and may contain errors. We do not guarantee financial outcomes.

3. Your responsibility

Your data lives on your device: back it up regularly (Settings → Export). We cannot recover data you lose.
Verify the accuracy of what you record. The report (Financial Record™) reflects what you entered.
Use the service in accordance with applicable law.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or financial decisions made based on the app.
