Structu OS es una app local-first. Toda la información que ingresas —deudas, ingresos, gastos, fotos de recibos, tu nombre, tu puntaje— se almacena únicamente en tu teléfono o computadora (en el almacenamiento del navegador: localStorage e IndexedDB). Nunca se transmite a un servidor nuestro. No creamos cuentas ni perfiles tuyos.
Contadores de uso (opcionales, solo en tu dispositivo). En Ajustes puedes activar unos contadores locales: recibos guardados por mes, días en que usaste la app y aperturas de tu Passport. Están apagados por defecto, viven en el mismo almacenamiento local, nunca se transmiten a nadie, puedes verlos en Ajustes, apagarlos cuando quieras y se eliminan con «Borrar todo». Solo cuentan cambios reales que tú haces (guardar un recibo, abrir tu Passport) — nunca intentos ni vistas repetidas.
Recibos (OCR). Al adjuntar la foto de un recibo se comprime y se lee (OCR) 100% en tu dispositivo — la imagen no sale de tu teléfono. Un modo opcional en la nube para recibos difíciles de leer no se ofrece actualmente; se ofrecerá más adelante. Si lo activamos, será opt-in foto por foto: ninguna imagen se enviará sin que tú lo pidas explícitamente, y actualizaremos esta política antes de encenderlo.
STRU (IA). El asistente STRU responde en tu dispositivo. El modo IA en la nube no se ofrece actualmente; se ofrecerá más adelante como opción opt-in. Si lo activamos, solo el texto de tu pregunta se enviaría a nuestro proxy seguro (que consulta a Anthropic) para responderte; nunca se enviarían tus datos financieros ni tus recibos, y siempre requeriría tu consentimiento.
Usamos Netlify Analytics, que mide el tráfico de forma agregada y anónima directamente desde los registros del servidor — sin cookies, sin script de rastreo en tu navegador y sin recopilar datos personales. La analítica nunca ve tu información financiera — esa jamás sale de tu dispositivo.
Si decides unirte al piloto desde la página de inicio, nos das tu correo electrónico. Es lo único que recopilamos y es opcional — la app funciona al 100% sin darlo. Lo procesa Netlify Forms y lo guardamos con un solo fin: avisarte del lanzamiento. No lo vendemos, no lo compartimos, y nunca se vincula con tus datos financieros (que jamás salen de tu dispositivo). ¿Quieres que lo borremos? Escríbenos a manuelesanchez12@gmail.com.
El sitio se sirve a través de Netlify. Como cualquier sitio web, su servidor registra datos técnicos estándar (dirección IP, tipo de navegador) en sus logs. No los usamos para identificarte.
Puedes exportar un respaldo (.json) de tus datos. Ese archivo se guarda donde tú elijas (tu dispositivo, tu nube personal) y es tu responsabilidad. Nosotros no recibimos copia.
Structu OS está dirigido a personas mayores de 18 años.

Structu OS is a local-first app. Everything you enter — debts, income, expenses, receipt photos, your name, your score — is stored only on your phone or computer (in browser storage: localStorage and IndexedDB). It is never transmitted to a server of ours. We do not create accounts or profiles about you.
Usage counters (optional, on your device only). In Settings you can turn on local counters: receipts saved per month, days you used the app, and opens of your Passport. They are off by default, live in the same local storage, are never transmitted to anyone, can be viewed in Settings, turned off any time, and are deleted with "Erase all data". They only count real changes you make (saving a receipt, opening your Passport) — never attempts or repeated views.
Receipts (OCR). When you attach a receipt photo it is compressed and read (OCR) 100% on your device — the image does not leave your phone. An optional cloud mode for hard-to-read receipts is not currently offered; it will come later. If we enable it, it will be opt-in photo by photo: no image will ever be sent unless you explicitly ask, and we will update this policy before turning it on.
STRU (AI). The STRU assistant answers on your device. The cloud AI mode is not currently offered; it will come later as an opt-in option. If we enable it, only the text of your question would be sent to our secure proxy (which queries Anthropic) to answer you; your financial data and receipts would never be sent, and it would always require your consent.
We use Netlify Analytics, which measures traffic in aggregate and anonymously directly from server logs — no cookies, no tracking script in your browser, and no personal data. Analytics never sees your financial information — that never leaves your device.
If you choose to join the pilot from the home page, you give us your email address. It is the only thing we collect and it is optional — the app works 100% without it. It is processed by Netlify Forms and we keep it for a single purpose: to notify you at launch. We do not sell it, do not share it, and it is never linked to your financial data (which never leaves your device). Want it deleted? Email us at manuelesanchez12@gmail.com.
The site is served via Netlify. Like any website, its server records standard technical data (IP address, browser type) in logs. We do not use these to identify you.
You can export a backup (.json) of your data. That file is saved wherever you choose (your device, your personal cloud) and is your responsibility. We never receive a copy.
Structu OS is intended for people 18 and older.
